You will be asked whether it worked.

Seven providers delisted. A portfolio of customers exited. Maintenance pulled forward on a hundred and eighty units, fifty parts dual-sourced, a new control funded, an integrity pact signed. Every one of those decisions gets defended a year later, and the evidence is a chart with a line drawn where the change happened.

The chart cannot settle it. Whoever you treated was chosen because they looked worst, so measuring them against the ones you left alone measures the choosing at least as much as the treatment.
